ABOUT THE ARTISTS
SPARROW
Playwright, Linda. Faigao-Hall’s work has
been produced by Diverse City, the New
Group,
Ma-Yi, Asian American Rep, Inter-Art and many
more. She is an NEA Award recipient. Her
most recent production, The A
–Word in Snapshots, will be published in
Smith and Kraus’ inaugural publication of the Best Ten-Minute Plays of
2008.
Her play God, Sex and Blue Water recently received a
concert Reading with Living Image Arts.
Director, Ian Morgan is Associate Artistic Director of The New Group. For The New Group, he has directed Critical Darling by Barry Levey, A Spalding Gray Matter by Michael Brandt, and the Drama Desk-nominated The Accomplices, by Bernard Weinraub. His work has also been seen a HERE, Soho Playhouse, Atlantic, Center Stage, the O’Neill, the Public, New York Theater Workshop, New Dramatists,The Production Company, LucilleLortel and the AmericanAirlines Theatre on Broadway.

Director, Christine Farrell has directed productions at Ensemble Studio Theater, where she is a member, for both Marathon and Youngblood. Her two published plays MamaDrama and The Once Attractive Woman were originally developed in workshops at EST. She is a recently tenured faculty member of Sarah Lawrence college and the Head of the Acting Program at Playwrights Horizons Theater School at NYU. Acting credits include TV: Law and Order, Film: Ice Storm, and roles Off Broadway and in Regional theaters across the country.

French, Italian, Danish, Swedish, and German. His theater
work has been seen at EST, Theatre Row and the Ice House Theater,

Director, Alexa. Polmer is a director in residence and Associate Producer at Ensemble Studio Theater. Her work has seen at Vital Theatre, Gallery Players, BAX, NYFringe, Manhattan Theater Club and EST. She assistant directed The Voyage of the Carcass starring Dan Fogler at Soho Playhouse.
